has launched a commercial banking arm in Japan, highlighting how the US banking group is tapping into what appears to be a positive growth story in the Asian country.
This launch follows the launch of CCB in France and Ireland in 2023, as well as Germany, Switzerland, and Canada in 2022.
As many high net worth and ultra-HNW individuals have operating business interests, the private bank of Citigroup retains a close link to the corporate banking side, along with other segments of the US organisation.
